Power Field Guide stores your saved research and submitted forms. When enabled, analytics helps us understand how the public directory is used.
Shortlists and comparisons
A signed browser cookie identifies your saved shortlist for up to 90 days. Saved product IDs are stored in the app’s database. The comparison selection is kept in this browser’s local storage; a copied comparison URL contains product IDs, not your name or email.
Forms
Purchasing briefs and profile updates store the name, email, optional company and region, message, attached product IDs and consent you submit. Launch-list signups store an email and consent. No emails are sent and no information is automatically shared with providers.
Operation
Google Analytics measures visits and interactions, including on-site searches, on public research pages. Google receives usage and browser information and may store analytics cookies. We do not load the tag on forms, receipts, private shortlists or this privacy page, and our tag configuration omits query strings and fragments from page URLs and referrers. Google signals and ad personalization signals are disabled. See Google’s privacy policy. A short-lived hashed network identifier limits repeated form submissions; it is not sold or shared. Provider links open external websites with their own policies.
Manage your data
The button below clears your saved shortlist and browser comparison selection. It does not remove previously submitted briefs, newsletter signups or Google Analytics cookies. You can remove analytics cookies through your browser’s site-data settings. To request deletion of a submission, use the correction form and quote your reference number; the operator can delete it from the database.
